B6 Consulting was established to address the need for quality all-round outsourced business expertise. The focus is on all areas within the Supply Chain and Operations Management environments, educating and assisting in these areas.
Often businesses are faced with a multitude of challenges that they do not have the in-house expertise to address. They cannot, however, afford to appoint permanent, often expensive employees to address a problem.
It may only require a short term intervention or part-time person to fill that role. We can offer a solution to this problem.
The owner, Liezl Smith, has over 12 years of experience in various industries, mainly as trainer, consultant and business analyst.
