Business Analysis
This entails doing a detailed data-gathering and analysis exercise in which the root cause of a problem is identified and possible solutions proposed. It may be concluded by a presentation and report after which the implementation is commenced.
Improvement implementation
This is where a project is launched to implement a proposed solution. The consultant will act as the project manager, the main client decision maker will be the project owner and all the stakeholders (people who are directly affected by the implementation) will be engaged on a regular basis
